In 2025, Julie joined Ad‑West to strengthen internal compliance processes and support teams in navigating the complexities of federal and state housing programs. She is particularly passionate about training and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of clarity, confidence, and continuous improvement across all levels of property operations.
