Born and raised in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico, David brings a global perspective and a scientific approach to property management. With a background in environmental science and biotechnology, he spent years working across the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Argentina—developing systems, managing quality, and building strong cross-cultural partnerships.
David joined Ad-West in January 2025, bringing with him a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for operational excellence. His experience in R&D translates seamlessly to data-driven property performance, system implementation, and maintaining high compliance standards.
He thrives on solving problems with structure and clarity, and is committed to supporting on-site teams with thoughtful leadership and collaborative energy. His goal is to create communities that are efficient, well-maintained, and deeply rooted in service.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and kid exploring the outdoors in Washington, traveling to domestic and international destinations, and good conversations around tasty food with family and friends.
