Since joining Ad-West in 2010, Alex’s career has spanned administration, compliance, technology, regional management, and executive leadership. That breadth of experience gives him a practical understanding of both the complexities of affordable housing and the day-to-day work required to serve residents, clients, and communities well.
As CEO, Alex has focused on strengthening Ad-West’s foundation for sustainable, long-term growth. Under his leadership, Ad-West has evolved from a relatively flat structure into an organization of specialists, giving people room to focus, deepen their expertise, and build meaningful careers. Its systems and portfolio have grown alongside the team without sacrificing the care and connection of a family business.
A key part of that evolution has been using technology to strengthen the human side of the work. Alex believes computers should handle what they do best, freeing people to focus on what they do best: judgment, relationships, and care. He has championed systems and process improvements that reduce administrative burden, improve consistency, and give teams more time to serve Ad-West’s properties, clients, and residents.
