Shannon Allen
Shannon joined the Ad-West family in January 2023. Her property management career spans more than 23 years with experience in multi-family and commercial management. Starting as a leasing associate, she has advanced over the years which has allowed her to truly learn the business from the ground up. Shannon has worked in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California with her most recent role as a Regional Manager for Mission Rock Residential. She has a diverse background in new construction, lease-up, affordable, conventional/stabilized assets, and is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) through NAA. She values her experiences in the industry, which affords her the skillset to successfully serve owners, investors, prospects, residents, and team members with the highest level of customer service and attention to detail. She is focused on supporting the collaborative and inclusive environment that Ad-West has created while ensuring the value, curb appeal and financial performance of her sites are consistently above expectations.
