Jamie Chaussee
Jamie joined Ad-West in 2019. He has more than 15 years of experience in the affordable multifamily industry, including maintenance, on-site management, asset management, and accounting. Jamie manages a diverse portfolio of properties with multi-layered financing, funding, and compliance. He is also an Owner Representative for a portfolio of Affordable Multifamily properties, which gives him an understanding of project owners' varying performance metrics and goals. Jamie is committed to overseeing a portfolio that has excellent curb appeal, produces a positive NOI, stays in compliance, exceeds ownership objectives, staff that is empowered and supported, and properties that residents are proud to call home. Jamie is a graduate of the University of Montana.
