Angie Giroux
Angie joined Ad-West in June 2023 with 25 years of multi-family housing management experience. She holds an ARM designation through IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management. She started her property management career as a leasing consultant and worked her way up through hard work, loyalty, and dedication. She has managed sites in Western Washington, including a variety of buildings from midrise to garden style and lease-ups. Angie spent 14 years working for fee-managed companies and 9 years managing for a REIT. She has a strong understanding of the multi-family housing industry and the challenges and opportunities faced by property managers. She is passionate about maximizing the performance of her properties and ensuring that they are well-maintained and profitable and is committed to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with her clients, colleagues, and tenants.
