Alex Westad
Alex joined Ad-West in 2010 spending years working in each of the company's departments. This experience gave him a deep understanding of and appreciation for people's daily work to provide affordable homes for others. Alex nurtures a culture of excellence, integrity, and trust through his ability to empower others. His diligence to continually serve others better and passion for innovation have led him on a constant search for new methods that could lead to improvements. Under Alex's leadership, the efficiency of operations has increased, and room for human error has decreased through the effective and considered use of technology. Additionally, streamlining paperwork and improving team efficiency have led to increased time and attention to property TLC and the internal health of Ad-West.
Since becoming the President of Ad-West in 2022, Alex's mission has remained the same; to constantly find and implement the best ways to serve Ad-West’s clients, colleagues, and residents. He finds great fulfillment in helping communities thrive and ensuring more people have homes and jobs they can take pride in.
